Caboolture Conference Room M1 Motel Caboolture

The M1 Motel has a small conference and training room facility on the motel premises available for bookings. The facility is located at the M1 Motel Caboolture on Pumicestone Road, Caboolture – just off the Bruce Highway. Click here to see a map showing the location of the conference and training facility.

The conference and training facility located on the 1st floor above reception, provides for up to 30 people either for single day bookings or multi day bookings and is ideal for smaller groups or groups on a budget. The M1 Motel can provide partial or full catering for single day events or events requiring overnight accommodation at the motel.

Internet access
Bathroom Facilities
Reverse cycle air conditioning
Ample car parking

Audio visual equipment can also be arranged if required at additional cost.

Tariffs for the M1 Motel Conference Facility are as follows:

$120 inc GST for up to 2 hours
$150 inc GST for 1/2 day room hire (up to 4 business hours)
$200 inc GST for a full day room hire (business hours).
$3 inc GST per person tea, coffee and buscuits

Catering can be arranged to suit group requirements including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Costs will depend on the type and quantity of catering requested. The conference and training facility can be booked outside business hours however prices may vary. The M1 Motel has chargeback arrangements with the adjacent tavern restaurant and can cater for dinners for overnight groups.
