Check-out time Check In Time is between Noon and 9 pm. Please let us know if your arrival time is after 9 pm so we can make special arrangements. Check Out time is 10 am. Early Check In or Late Checkout is by prior arrangement only. Reservations – Room Availability Room availability can be checked and reservations can be made via the M1 Motel's online reservation facility, email, phone or fax. We normally require credit card details or a deposit to have the booking secured and may charge a deposit of one night's accommodation to the credit card. You may pay by another method on arrival. If a credit card used for a reservation is unable to be processed, the reservation will be cancelled automatically without notice. Payment You can pay by cash, EFTPOS or major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Cheques are usually not acceptable unless for deposits. Diners Cards are not accepted. Amex subject to the greater of 3% or $3 surcharge. Cancellation Policy A cancellation fee of one nights accommodation applies if a booking does not advise the M1 Motel of a cancellation by mid-day two days prior to your arrival. Cancellations must be in writing by fax, email or post and be received by the motel before the cancellation period applies. Guests who have a reservation, do not cancel and do not arrive will be charged the amount of a one night stay. Extended cancellation periods apply for special events. Non-smoking For the safety and comfort of our guests all of our units are non-smoking. Penalties apply to guests smoking in the room. Should a smoke alarm indicate smoke in a room, the motel management reserve the right to enter the room to check its status. Damage and Theft Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of any motel property will be subject to a charge of 150% of new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Damage to linen or towels will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article. The motel reserves the right to provide the guests personal details to police in where damage has occurred Pets No pets are allowed in the units but may be kept secured and quiet outside. Penalties apply if pets are taken into the room.
